Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances: a. Defective Products: If a product dispensed from our vending machine is found to be defective, we will issue a refund or replacement. b. Unsuccessful Transactions: In the event of a payment error or unsuccessful transaction, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Reporting Issues:

Refund Process:

Once your request is received, we will investigate the issue and, if eligible, process the refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that certain items, such as consumable goods, are non-refundable unless found to be defective. Any product consumed or removed from its original packaging is not eligible for a refund.

Unauthorized Returns:

Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted for a refund. Please contact our customer service before returning any items.

Machine Malfunctions:

In the event of a vending machine malfunction leading to transaction issues, please report the problem to our customer service. Refunds will be issued if the malfunction is verified.

Changes to Refund Policy:

Just One Bite reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
